About Me      

 

 

 

 

 
Stephen Arruda was born in Hawaii in 1953, the son of Joe Arruda, Manager at Waikiki sports. 

Stephen studied painting and ceramics at Eastfield CC, Brookhaven CC, BFA painting at SMU and University of Dallas and under Sally Campbell, James Watral, Peter Beasaker, and  Dan Hammett.

Stephen's artwork has shown around the world, including SF, NYC, HI, DAL,TX, & Bologna Italy.

Stephen was awarded two certificate of merits for outstanding scholarship, Dan Windgren division of art award (phi theta kappa).

Stephen's artwork is currently on display at artizen gallery in Dallas, TX.
